ANODIC oxidation

Technical Features:

Technical difficulties and key improvement points:
The yield level of anodizing is related to the cost of the final product. The key to improve the yield is the proper amount of oxidant, the proper temperature and current density, looking for a breakthrough.
Electrophoretic ED-Electrophoresis disposition

CONS:

MICROARC oxidation of Mao
MICRO-ARC OXIDATION (Mao) : the formation of ceramic surface layer in electrolyte solution (generally weak alkaline solution) under high voltage, which is the result of the synergistic action of physical discharge and electrochemical oxidation.
Process flow: PRETREATMENT → hot water washing → Mao → drying
Technical Features:
Pros:
1. Ceramic Texture, dark appearance, no bloom products, feel delicate, anti fingerprint;
2, the base material is widespread: AL, TI, Zn, Zr, MG, NB, and its, alloy and so on;
3, Simple pre-treatment, corrosion resistance, excellent weather resistance, good heat dissipation performance.
CONS:
At present, color is limited, only black and gray are more mature, bright color is difficult to achieve; the cost is mainly affected by high electricity consumption, is one of the highest costs of surface treatment.
PVD vacuum plating

Electroplating

Metal wire drawing
