There are two main welding methods for copper aluminum welding:
1、 Flame welding uses copper aluminum welding materials with a low temperature of about 480 degrees to link two different dissimilar metals. At this time, it is not a fusion welding, but a brazing method. The process requirement is that the parent temperature of both copper and aluminum must reach the melting point temperature of the welding wire. In addition, the clearance between the two needs to be small enough.
2、 Flame welding uses the welding wire of weiodin 51 with low temperature of 179 ℃ and the flux of weiodin m51-f for welding. This process requires that the mother body reaches the temperature, and the welding wire is coated with the flux at the welding position by the mother body heat transfer to the melting wire for forming. During the welding process, the flame does not deliberately burn the welding wire and flux, mainly by the mother body heat transfer to the melting wire for forming.
